Brain in a Vat

In 2019 Elon Musk's announcement to bring brain-computer interfaces to commercial fruition caused a stir as humanity entered the brain-computer age in 2020. But on the other hand, we know very little about the brain, which scientists call the most complex network in the universe. Like the phrase "A brain in a vat that believes it is walking."
Is the world as we perceive it the real world? Or are there more dimensions of manipulation between matter and consciousness? The work contemplates a new blueprint for what might come from a deeper understanding of the human brain.
